Terms of Service

1. Educational use only

Operax is a simulation and education tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide clinical advice, and must never be used to guide the treatment of a real patient. Nothing in a simulation, score or AI mentor response substitutes for supervised clinical training.

2. Accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Keep credentials secure and tell us immediately about unauthorised use. You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload real patient identifiable data.
• Do not share, resell or scrape case content, 3D assets or AI outputs.
• Do not misrepresent simulation scores as clinical credentials or certification.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits or licensing controls.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST.

5. Intellectual property

Operax and its content remain our property or that of our licensors. Third-party 3D anatomical models are used under their respective Creative Commons licences, credited in-app. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and DPDP notice.

7. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
