Tell us clearly which right you are exercising and which data it relates to, so we can verify your identity and act within the stated timeline. Requests that relate to your training records held by your hospital may be forwarded to that institution.

Please include the right you are exercising and the data concerned. We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours and resolve them within 30 days. Where applicable, you may escalate through the statutory channels available under Indian law.
